Project Scope
This collection of work reflects my focus on supporting independent businesses, cultural institutions, and public-facing platforms with digital design that feels purposeful and people-first. The scope ranged from one-off discovery workshops and UX mapping sessions to full end-to-end projects, including branding, wireframing, UI design and strategic content planning. I worked across sectors food and drink, sport, music, and local services with each brief tailored to the specific needs of the audience, business goals and the client’s voice.
Objectives
The core objective across these projects was to design digital experiences that reflect the heart of each brand whether that meant helping a local food initiative sell their products online, defining a brand identity for a new venue or improving access to resources on a national cultural site. Every project aimed to deliver accessible, visually consistent, and user-friendly outcomes ensuring that each client could connect with their community, tell their story clearly and grow with confidence.
Solutions delivered
I led full discovery phases to understand user needs, business goals and content priorities. From there, I created clear, adaptable information architectures, including complex mega menu systems and modular layouts to support different types of content and journeys. For food producers and cultural venues, I developed and refined brand assets shaping colour palettes, enhancing logo use and designing cohesive visual systems across digital and print touchpoints. I also delivered UX and UI design for websites, e-commerce platforms and marketing pages always with accessibility, responsiveness and real usability in mind. Each solution was built through close collaboration with clients and, where applicable, with development teams — making sure the final designs were both creatively strong and practically implementable.
Impact
Each of these projects helped clients improve how they communicate online, deliver better user experiences and feel more confident in how their brand shows up digitally. From clearer navigation for a national sports body to branded design concepts that set the tone for future campaigns, the work consistently supported long-term goals through practical, people-centred design. Whether a project moved straight into build or laid the foundation for future phases, the impact was rooted in strategic thinking, design clarity and genuine collaboration.
